which was considered on 8 August 2003, subject to the compliance with the conditions or modifications specified on the attached schedule.

- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to the creation of a car park and turning facility as shown in the site plan and location plan both received on 18th June 2003.
This decision was made by the Planning Committee constituted in accordance with Paragraph 2 of Schedule 1 of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
