1.1 The above application was approved on 30th May 2022, subject to a number of conditions, one of which relates specifically to the window encapsulation.

C4 “The stained glass sections within three windows on the front elevation of the dwelling are to be encapsulated within the new windows within 6 months of the windows being replaced. Photographs of the encapsulated stained glass in place within the replacement windows are to be submitted to the Department within 1 month of completion of the works.

Reason: to ensure that the new windows are appropriate in appearance to the Conservation Area in which they will sit.”

Submitted detail

2.1 The applicant has also provided photographs of the completed works, showing the replaced windows which have had the original stained glass encapsulated. Proposal

3.1 As above. The works have been completed as per the condition, and photographs have been provided to the Department. The Assistant Registered Buildings Officer has taken a look at the provided documentation and confirmed that they are pleased with what has been provided.
