Please find below the Commissioners' decisions in relation to planning applications considered by them at their meeting on the 29th July 2008.
The Commissioners had no objection to the following planning applications:

- PA08 01304 B - Mr & Mrs Lyons - Additional window to front elevation - Little Ballabunt Barn, Cooil Road, Braddan
- PA08 01320 B - Mr & Mrs R Niven - Erection of replacement dwelling - Paper Mill, East Baldwin, Braddan
- PA08 01330 GB - Tomcol Ltd - Repair & alterations to Registered Building & new ext. & garages to form 4 bed house - Toll Gate House, Marine Drive, Braddan
- PA08 01331 CON - Tomcol Ltd - Reg. Building Consent for alterations & ext.s (in assoc. with 08/1330B - Toll Gate House, Marine Drive, Braddan
The Commissioners would raise an objection to the following planning application on the grounds that the signage was overly intrusive and contrary to the master plan for the Business Park:
