In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:

which was considered on 10th September 2008, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This permission relates to the conversion of the existing boat store to a garage and cycle store with modifications to the existing gated access into the site, all as shown in drawings 01, 02, 03 and 04 all received on 23rd July, 2008.
NOTE: The applicant is encouraged to discuss the arrangements for access for authorised third parties through the site, as it has been suggested by them that the present arrangement for electronically operating the gates is causing difficulties.
This decision was made by the Director of Planning and Building Control in accordance with the authority delegated to him under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

Whichever is the later.
