This decision was made by the Planning Committee constituted in accordance with Article 3(1) of the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

After discussion the Planning Committee agreed with the recommendation and approved the application, subject to the following alteration to Condition 8 and an additional Condition (9).
C 8. The roof(s) of the dwelling must be finished in dark natural slate. C 9. This approval shall be for the benefit of Mr W S Brew only.
