In pursuance of powers granted under the above Acts and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the application made by you on behalf of Miss M MacRae
Proposal: Conversion of agricultural building to agricultural dwelling at: Barn At Gibdale Farm Bayrauyr Road St. Marks Ballasalla
which was considered on 31 August 2001, subject to the compliance with the conditions or modifications specified on the attached schedule.

Note 1: This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning Acts and does not include any consent or approval under any other enactment, bylaw, order or regulation.
Note 2: No works may be commenced until such time as -
- the time for requesting a review of the initial decision has expired; or
- any review of the initial decision has been completed; or
- the time for requesting an appeal in relation to the decision has expired; or
- any appeal has been completed.

- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- The exterior stonework must be of a traditional nature.
NOTE: Split stone on a backing render is not acceptable as an external finish.
- The building may be occupied in association with Gibdale Farm only and not as a separate unit of residential accommodation.
- The craft workshop/garage may be used for purposes incidental to the enjoyment of the dwelling house only and not for any commercial activity or business.
NOTE The applicant is advised by the Department of Transport Highways and Traffic Division that visibility for emerging vehicles could be improved if roadside vegetation were trimmed.
NOTE This decision was made by the Planning Committee constituted in accordance with Paragraph 2 of Schedule 1 of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1' 32.
