Schedule Of Conditions:
- This approval relates to the plans and information SLP1, SP1, Photograph and Enforcement Photographs submitted and date stamped 21st May 2008.
- The window installed to the southern elevation of the shed must be fitted with obscure glazing within 21 days of the decision notice becoming final.
This decision was made by the Director of Planning and Building Control in accordance with the authority delegated to him under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.
