Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This permission relates to the alterations and conversion of residential to office accommodation as shown in drawings and information 01038/1, GMcQ 01, GMcQ 02 and GMcQ 03 submitted and date stamped 22nd May 2008.
- The residential accommodation shall only be used as ancillary accommodation to the office use.

This decision was made by the Director of Planning and Building Control in accordance with the authority delegated to him under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.
