In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the PLANNING COMMITTEE of the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:

which was considered on 3rd July 2008, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to Drawing No’s 2008-032-01; 02; 03, 3813-01 Rev E and supporting statement submitted as part of this application and date stamped 2nd April 2008.
- The roofing and elevations shall be colour coated dark green finish only.
- No approval is hereby granted or implied for the erection of external lighting to the development hereby approved.
- No outside storage may take place in the area to the west of the workshop/store hereby approved.
- The proposed development must be connected to the main foul sewer.
NOTE: A Drainage Communication Fee will be payable to the Drainage Authority on this development
This decision was made by the Planning Committee constituted in accordance with Article 3(1) of the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

Whichever is the later.
