In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:

which was considered on 8th July 2008, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This permission relates to alterations and the conversion of part of industrial building to a trade sales outlet with parking as shown in drawing numbers 083/101 and 15/31/1 date stamped 23rd April 2008.
- The building hereby permitted shall not be occupied until the car parking and manoeuvring areas have been provided in accordance with the approved plans, and those areas shall thereafter be kept available at all times for their respective purposes.
- The building shall only be used for the purpose identified on drawing number 15/31/1 date stamped 23rd April 2008. No part of the building shall be used for a different purpose unless written consent of the planning authority has been first obtained.
- The showroom shall only be used for the display and sale of hardware, ironmongery, powertools, fixings, garage and industrial doors, and balustrade systems.
This decision was made by the Senior Planning Officer in accordance with the authority delegated to her under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

Please note that a copy of the Officer's report which led to the decision, together with correspondence relative to the application, is available for inspection at the Department.
The proposed development must not be commenced until either;

- Any appeal has been determined;
Whichever is the later.
