Name: Mr A Kinvig Proposal: Erection of extension to existing agricultural building at: Ballakissack Farm School Lane Santon Isle Of Man which was considered on 20th June 2008, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This permission relates to the erection of an extension to the existing barn, as shown and described in plan reference 3888-01 and the site and location plans received on 30th April, 2008.
- The external finishes of the extension must match those of the existing building in all respects.
- The building must only be used for agricultural purposes.
This decision was made by the Senior Planning Officer in accordance with the authority delegated to her under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.
