Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to the proposed barn as proposed in the submitted documents and drawings $00524 / 1,00524 / 2$ and 3863-01 all received on 13th March 2008.
- The external wall cladding of the barn is to be painted in an Olive Green colour.
- The building must only be used for agricultural purposes.
This decision was made by the Senior Planning Officer in accordance with the authority delegated to her under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.
