In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the PLANNING COMMITTEE of the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:

which was considered on 24th July 2008, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This permission relates to the erection of a detached dwelling and garden store as shown in drawing numbers 592/003, 592/004, 592/005, 11 and photograph date stamped 28th March 2008.
- The dwelling shall only be used as staff accommodation in association with Harold Tower.
- The roof(s) must be finished in dark natural slate.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

Whichever is the later.
