Condition 1
The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
Condition 2
This approval relates to drawing no.s 580/001, 580/003 and 580/004 date stamped the 1st February 2008.
Condition 3
The accommodation created by this approval must only be used as accommodation ancillary to that of the existing dwelling. For the avoidance of doubt, no approval should hereby be conferred by this approval for the use of the new accommodation as a separate dwelling.
Condition 4
The glass in rooflight serving the shower room must be glazed and maintained thereafter using frosted glass. The level of obscuration used must be no less than level 5 as detailed on the Pilkington's textured glass range or equivalent.
