Schedule Of Conditions:

1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.

1. This approval relates to drawing no. PJRB/01/001 date stamped the 6th February 2008 and drawing no. PJRB/01/002A date stamped the 12th March 2008.

1. There must be no discharge of surface water to the main foul sewer.

1. The glass in en-suite bathroom window within the extension must be glazed and maintained thereafter using frosted glass. The level of obscuration used must be no less than level 5 as detailed on the Pilkington's textured glass range or equivalent.

NOTE The Chief Fire Officer recommends the installation of mains wired interconnected domestic smoke detection.

This decision was made by the Senior Planning Officer in accordance with the authority delegated to her under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.

Guidance Note

This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.

Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.
