Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This permission relates to the erection of a garage as shown in the "working drawing" received on 13th February, 2008.
- There must be no discharge of surface water to the main foul sewer.
- The development must include the provision of a vehicle footway crossing, constructed in accordance with Manx Roads 2.
The applicant is recommended to consult the Department of Transport Operations Section in respect of working within the highway.
This decision was made by the Senior Planning Officer in accordance with the authority delegated to her under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.
