Name: Mr Alan Crowther Proposal: Installation of a single window to replace two existing windows at: Langdale Gansey Port St. Mary Isle Of Man IM9 5LA which was considered on 21st April 2008, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This permission relates to the replacement of the existing two windows with a new window as shown in drawings 01, and 100 both received on 18th February, 2008.
This decision was made by the Senior Planning Officer in accordance with the authority delegated to her under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.
