16-03-2008 Ref: Planning application 08/00322/B Dear Sirs, We are writing to make comment regarding the above application at the property called "Prospect Villa" formally known as "Yarrowlea" at Aust corner, Andreas road. Our property "Suncot" is directly neighbouring the property of "Prospect Villa" in a north-westerly direction. Whilst we have no objection in principle to the proposed application we would like to make comment that the south-easterly aspect of our house (both patio windows) will look directly at the gable of the proposed large industrial type building approximately 150 to 200 metres away. There are a number of mature trees between us and the proposed building but we feel they will not provide any screening at the particular point in question, therefore we would like to request that consideration could be given to ask applicant to provide adequate tree screening between our property and the proposed building.
