In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:

Schedule Of Conditions:

1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
2. This approval relates to the location plan, and elevational/site plan date stamped the 19th February 2008.
3. The building must only be used for agricultural purposes.
4. Prior to the erection of the agricultural building details of a widened vehicular access of at least 8 metres from the application site onto Andreas Road must be submitted to and

agreed by the Planning Authority. Thereafter, prior to the erection of the agricultural building the access must be set out in accordance with the aforementioned agreed details.

1. Prior to its erection, the colour of the external finishes of the agricultural building must be submitted to and agreed by the Planning Authority.

This decision was made by the Senior Planning Officer in accordance with the authority delegated to her under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.

Guidance Note

This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.

Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

Please note that a copy of the Officer's report which led to the decision, together with correspondence relative to the application, is available for inspection at the Department.

Whichever is the later.
