- Approval is hereby granted to the use of the defined site as a private garden area. to be used only in association with the adjoining residential plots to the west (Plots 1 and 3 Fairway Drive).
- No approval is granted to the felling of any trees on the site.
- No approval is granted to the erection of any structures on the site (including walls and fences).
- No approval is granted to the use of the site for the storage of building materials or parcing of construction machinery should works take place on the adjoining site.
- No approval is granted to the parking of vehicles on the site at any time.
NOTE The applicant is advised to consult the Wildlife Conservation Officer for the Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry with respect to preserving the damp area in the vicinity of the watercourse on the site.
NOTE This decision was made by the Planning Committee constituted in accordance with Paragraph 2 of Schedule 1 of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
