- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This permission relates to the alterations and extensions shown in drawings 07/13/01 and -02 and the location plan all received on 18th January, 2008.
NOTE: The Chief Fire Officer recommends the installation of mains wired interconnected domestic smoke detection.

Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.
