Kinrade Associates Limited Stella Maris Mountain Road Ramsey Isle Of Man IM8 2JJ In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the PLANNING COMMITTEE of the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:
Name: Landis Limited Proposal: Reserved matters application for the erection of a detached dwelling with integral garage at: Land Abutting Parsonage Road And Summerland Ramsey Isle Of Man which was considered on 3rd July 2008, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to the dwelling as proposed in the submitted documents which are date-stamped 18th January and 9th April 2008.
- Two off street parking spaces must be provided for this development. Such car parking spaces must be available prior to the occupation of the dwelling.
- The roof(s) must be finished in dark natural slate.
This decision was made by the Planning Committee constituted in accordance with Article 3(1) of the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.
