Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to the alterations as proposed in the submitted documents and drawings EB1, EB2, EB3, EB4 and EB5 received on 21st January 2008 and the letter from the applicant dated 27th March 2008.
- Prior to the commencement of any works, there must be submitted to and approved by the Planning Authority, samples of the external roof finishes of the building.
NOTE PRIOR to the commencement of any works the applicant is advised to consult the Community Safety Team at the Fire Safety Department to ensure that adequate fire precautions are taken.
This decision was made by the Director of Planning and Building control in accordance with the authority delegated to him under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.

This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

- Any appeal has been determined;
Whichever is the later.
