In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the PLANNING COMMITTEE of the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:

which was considered on 20th June 2008, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

Schedule Of Conditions:
The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
This approval relates to the stable block as proposed in the submitted documents and drawings 2268/1, 2268/3, 07 1201 A, 07 1201 B, 07 1201 C and 07 1201 REV A received on 7th December 2007 and 23rd April 2008.
The stables may only be used for the private use of keeping of horses and animals and related feed and equipment in association with the owner Mrs D F Hampton.
No development shall take place until full details of a landscaping scheme along the western boundary of the site, showing additional planting to screen the proposed stable block
