In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the PLANNING COMMITTEE of the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:

which was considered on 25th January 2008, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This permission relates to the alterations and extensions shown in drawings PL/001 and -002 both received on 19th November, 2007.
- There must be no discharge of surface water to the main foul sewer.
- The external finishes of the extension must match those of the existing church building in all respects.
NOTE PRIOR to the commencement of any works the applicant is advised to consult the Chief Fire Officer to ensure that adequate fire precautions are taken.
NOTE The applicant is encouraged to advise all workers on site of the status of the two internationally important stained glass windows in the church, as identified by Castletown Heritage.
This decision was made by the Planning Committee constituted in accordance with Article 3(1) of the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.

This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

- Any appeal has been determined;
Whichever is the later.
