The application site comprises the curtilage of a detached dwelling that is accessed from the Dreemskerry Road and located adjacent to the Manx Electric Railway line in the Dreemskerry area of Maughold.

The proposed development comprises of alterations to the existing property to include the erection of a replacement dwelling, the conversion of existing barns into living accommodation, the erection of a detached garage and construction of associated hardstanding.
