In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture determined to APPROVE an application by Hartford Homes, for the Information in relation to condition 13 of 21/01540/B - Erection of 6 residential dwell-

ings with associated infrastructure and landscaping at Bix House And Land To Rear, Farmhill, Lane, Douglas, Isle Of Man, IM2 2EB.

Any conditions or notes which apply to the approval are set out below.

In this instance of the submitted dwg 174 rev B - Open Space Boundary Treatment and after con-sultation with the case officer, who are happy with the level of detail, it is deemed sufficient to achieve the desired outcome and would be considered satisfactory for the first part of planning condition 13 of application 21/01540/B with the rest discharged once the work is fully adhered to and completed prior to the occupation of any dwelling and retained thereafter.
