Kelly Lewthwaite Building Design 23 Market Street Douglas IM1 2PA In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the PLANNING COMMITTEE of the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:
Name: Tynwald Mills (IOM) Limited Proposal: Erection of a marquee at: Tynwald Mills St Johns Isle Of Man IM4 3AD which was considered on 15th February 2008, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to the plans and information submitted as part of this application and date stamped 2nd October 2007.
- The marquee may be erected and used only between Easter and the 1st of October each year.
- Prior to the erection of the marquee, details of the colour thereof must be submitted to and approval by the Planning Authority.
- No materials, displays or exhibitions may be positioned outside of the marquee at any time.
- The marquee shall not be used between the hours of 10.00pm and 8.00am on any day.
- The marquee shall only be used only for promotional events and product exhibitions in association with businesses currently operating at the Tynwald Mills complex.
NOTE The applicant is advised to consult with the Fire Safety Department with regard to general fire precautions.
This decision was made by the Planning Committee constituted in accordance with Article 3(1) of the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

Please note that a copy of the Officer's report which led to the decision, together with correspondence relative to the application, is available for inspection at the Department.
The proposed development must not be commenced until either:
- The time for requesting an appeal has expired; or
- Any appeal has been determined;
Whichever is the later.
