In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the PLANNING COMMITTEE of the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:

which was considered on 6th March 2008, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to the barn as proposed in the submitted documents and drawing 07 0307/01 all received on 3rd October 2007.
- The barn may only be used for the keeping of animals and related feed and equipment in association with the occupation of the principal dwelling Claddagh Mill Farm.
- Prior to the commencement of any works, there must be submitted to and approved by the Planning Authority, samples of the external finishes of the building.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

Please note that a copy of the Officer’s report which led to the decision, together with correspondence relative to the application, is available for inspection at the Department.

- Any appeal has been determined;
Whichever is the later.
