In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:

Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to the plans annotated 4165/L1 and 4165/P1 Rev A and the copy letter from the Department of Transport submitted and date stamped 22nd October 2007.
NOTE The granting of planning permission for this field access in no way infers or indicates that this land is suitable for any future development.
NOTE The applicant is advised that under section 35 of the Land Drainage Act 1934, written consent is required from the Department of Transport for any work carried out on any watercourses throughout the Island. It is strongly recommended that the applicant contacts the Drainage Division before work commences on site to discuss the proposed work on the
watercourse. The applicant is required to supply full details of the proposed culvert along with calculation to support the proposal. ☑
This decision was made by the Director of Planning and Building control in accordance with the authority delegated to him under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.
