In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:

which was considered on 18th October 2007, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This permission relates to the erection of single storey extensions as shown in drawing numbers 07/64/01 and 07/64/02 date stamped 4th September 2007.
- No facing materials shall be used other than materials similar to those used on the existing building.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

The proposed development must not be commenced until either;

- Any appeal has been determined;
Whichever is the later.
