After reviewing this Application, Highway Services HDC finds it to have no significant negative impact upon highway safety, network functionality and /or parking despite the reduction in available car parking space from four to two spaces, there would remain adequate car parking to meet the IOM Strategic Plan minimum car parking standards of two spaces.
