In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:

which was considered on 29th October 2007, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This permission relate sto the Location plan, 001/07, F037085 and System Manual as submitted and date stamped 19th July 2007.
- The sales element of the approval is restricted to the counter area only as identified on Drawing Number 001/07 June 2007.
NOTE Applicant to consult with the Fire Safety Department to discuss fire safety measures within.
NOTE The applicant is advised to ensure the Disabled Parking Bays are 4800mm x 2400mm with a hatching of 1200mm on one side and one end for transferring.
If Toilets were made as a unisex and 2400mmsq with handrails they could be used by everyone including disabled customers and staff.

This decision was made by the Director of Planning and Building control in accordance with the authority delegated to him under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

Please note that a copy of the Officer’s report which led to the decision, together with correspondence relative to the application, is available for inspection at the Department.
The proposed development must not be commenced until either;

- Any appeal has been determined;
Whichever is the later.
