The statement comprises of four parts:

1. A copy of the Planning Officers report which assessed the proposal and recommended that the planning application be approved. This was considered and overturned by the Planning Committee on the 20/12/07.
2. Copy of the decision notice for this planning application;
3. A set of suggested conditions and notes in the event that the appointed Planning Inspector is minded to recommend that the application be approved; and
4. Copy of the previous Appeal Inspectors Report on the adjacent site 4 Summerland, Ramsey (06/01545/A)
