In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Infrastructure does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:

which was considered on 23rd May 2011, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below. Date of Issue: 31st May 2011 Murray House Mount Havelock Douglas

Schedule Of Conditions:

1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.

1. This approval relates to drawing no.s P001, P002, P003, P101, X001, X002, X003 and design statement all date stamped the 6th April 2011.

1. The building hereby permitted by this approval shall only be used for equestrian related activities.

This decision was made by the Senior Planning Officer in accordance with the authority delegated to her under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.

Guidance Note

This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.

Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

• Any appeal has been determined;

Whichever is the later.
