In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby REFUSE the following application made on behalf of:

Reason(S) For Refusal:
- The submitted plans indicate no provision for outdoor amenity space and as such it is not considered that this proposal would provide an acceptable level of amenity required for a dwelling.
Note This refusal is without prejudice to a subsequent planning application for the conversion of the hall to form a dwelling which demonstrates an acceptable provision of outdoor amenity space.
This decision was made by the Director of Planning and Building control in accordance with the authority delegated to him under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
