Suggested Conditions and Notes

If the Inspector is minded to recommend to the Minister that the application is approved, the Department would suggest that the following conditions and notes are attached to the approval notice: C1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice. C2. This approval relates to the submitted documents and drawings 1373/1, 1373/2, Photographs x 2 and window detail x 6 submitted and date stamped 23rd July 2007. C3. The extension must match the existing building in all respects. C1. The applicant must contact the Manx Electricity Authority as there are underground cables/overhead lines present in the area indicated in the planning application. Please contact the Network Operations Department, Manx Electricity Authority (Tel. 687766), to discuss working practices around cables and overhead lines which may be required to be diverted before any work can be carried out on site. N1. The Isle of Man Fire and Rescue Service recommends the installation of mains wired smoke detectors.
