The development hereby permitted shall be commenced before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
The garage and workshop may only be used for domestic purposes ancillary to the occupation of the existing dwelling. No approval was granted to the use of the building for commercial purposes.
NOTE: This decision was made by the Director of Planning in accordance with powers delegated to him under Paragraph 2 (6) (b) of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
