Permission was granted for the erection of a dwelling with garage on a parcel of undeveloped land adjoining South Court on Ramsey Road, Laxey. Condition 1

Condition 3
Prior to the commencement of development details of the colour and material finishes to be used in the construction of the external elevations of the development must be submitted to and agreed by the Planning Authority.
Condition 4
The proposed development must be connected to the main foul sewer.
Condition 5
There must be no discharge of surface water to the main foul sewer.
