ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES COMMERCIAL & RESIDENTIAL

1.0 Introduction.

1.1 It is proposed to divide a two bedroomed flat into two single bedroomed flats and alter the top floor by means of the introduction of dormer windows.

1.2 Mr Elliott is aware of the shortage of first time buyers accommodation on the I.O.M. and by creating two smaller units he would be able to market at an affordable price.

2.0 Supporting Evidence.

We would simply agree with the evidence as stated within the Planning and Department of Transports reports.

3.0 Conclusion

We would ask the Planning Inspector to uphold the decision made by the Planning Authority.
