Conservation Officer's Report on Discharge of Conditions

This is an application for Reserved Matters to discharge the Condition 2 relating to Registered Building Consent 07/01338/CON for the retention of conservatory on rear elevation (in association with 07/01337GB) at May Hill House, Summerland, Ramsey. Isle of Man. IM8 2EF. That Condition is as follows:

C 2.

PRIOR to the commencement of any building works, a photographic survey must be undertaken to record all the external features of interest, such a record to be prepared in consultation with the Conservation Officer of the Department

We are in receipt of a photographic survey of the property which is considered sufficient to discharge Condition 2 of this approval.
