Schedule Of Conditions:
- This approval relates to the submitted documents which are date-stamped 17th July 2007.
- PRIOR to the commencement of any building works, a photographic survey must be undertaken to record all the external features of interest, such a record to be prepared in consultation with the Conservation Officer of the Department
NOTE The design and material use should not form a precedent for any further conservatories on this building.
NOTE No approval is given or implied to anything other than the Conservatory, the subject of this application. Any other works should be the subject of further applications.
This decision was made by the Planning Committee constituted in accordance with Article 3(1) of the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Guidance Note
This decision notice is issued in accordance with Regulation 9(1) of the Registered Building Regulations 2005.
The proposed development must not be commenced until either;
- The time for requesting an appeal has expired; or
- Any appeal has been determined;
Whichever is the later.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

Please note that a copy of the Officer’s report which led to the decision, together with correspondence relative to the application, is available for inspection at the Department.
If this determination is running concurrently with a planning application, the content of the registered building application is excluded from that consideration. If need be, an appeal against the determination of registered building consent must be made independently.
