In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the PLANNING COMMITTEE of the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:

which was considered on 28th September 2007, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to the submitted documents and drawings 07 0213/1 and 07 0213/2 received on 1st June 2007 and the Structural Inspection Report received on the 9th September 2007.
- The access set out and approved under PA 06/01369/REM shall be completed prior to any works commencing on the proposed conversion.
- The external finishes of the extension must match those of the existing building in all respects.
- The roof(s) must be finished in dark natural slate.
NOTE The applicant is recommended to consult with the Chief Fire Officer to discuss the means of escape in relation to the internal layout.
NOTE For single connections to a water main (i.e. a single dwelling) the applicant should contact the Isle of Man Water Authority Customer Services, tel. 69 59 49
This decision was made by the Planning Committee constituted in accordance with Article 3(1) of the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

Please note that a copy of the Officer’s report which led to the decision, together with correspondence relative to the application, is available for inspection at the Department.
The proposed development must not be commenced until either;

- Any appeal has been determined;
Whichever is the later.
