In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:

which was considered on 10th September 2007, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This permission relates to the drawings numbered 2.1131.P01, 2.1131.P02, 2.1131.P03, 2.1131.P04, 2.1131.P05 and 2.1131.P06, and planning statement submitted and date stamped 6th June 2007.
- Prior to the use of the marshalling area and additional car parking area, the applicant shall provide petrol interceptor(s) for the marshalling area and additional car parking area drainage only (note all roof drainage to join the surface water system downstream of the interceptor).
It should be noted that it is an offence under Manx legislation to permit the discharge of polluting or harmful matter to any public sewers or watercourses. Appropriate measures must be taken by the developer/occupier of the premises to ensure compliance with the legislation.
There must be no discharge of surface water (directly or indirectly) from this proposed development to any foul drainage system(s) so as to comply with the requirements of the Department of Transport Drainage Division and the Sewerage Act 1999.
NOTE This permission does not extend to the signage indicated to be located on the proposed entrance canopy on the south elevation of the building. This would require a separate application to submitted seeking advertisement consent.
This decision was made by the Director of Planning and Building control in accordance with the authority delegated to him under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

Please note that a copy of the Officer’s report which led to the decision, together with correspondence relative to the application, is available for inspection at the Department.
The proposed development must not be commenced until either;
- The time for requesting an appeal has expired; or
- Any appeal has been determined;
Whichever is the later.
