Department Of Local Government And The Environment ### Memorandum To: Senior Planning Officer From: Miss Sarah Corlett, Planning Officer Subject: PA 07/1144 โ approval in principle for replacement of dwelling, conversion of outbuildings, Tremon Farm, Ballakillowey Road, Colby, Rushen Date: 3rd August, 2009 ### Extension Of Time The above application was permitted by the Planning Committee on 6th September, 2007. One of the conditions of that approval was that the reserved matters, specified in the notice, were approved by the Planning Committee within two years of the date of that notice. The applicant and his agent made an appointment to discuss the details of the reserved matters on 22nd July, 2009 and the details discussed were found to be acceptable and will be shortly the subject of a reserved matters application. However, there is insufficient time in which such an application could be submitted and approved and as such the applicant has requested an extension of time of a further 12 months. There have been no changes in policy since the granting of this permission and the permission does not rely upon the retention of built fabric which may have deteriorated further in this additional period. As such, it is recommended that a further period of 12 months is afforded in which the application for the reserved matters may be submitted and approved. Signed: Sarah Corlett Date: 3/19/09 Miss Sarah Corlett, Planning Officer Signed: Date: Senior Planning Officer
