which was considered on 15 June 2001, for the reasons set out in the attached schedule.

Reasons For Refusal
Application Ref No: 00/02313/A
- On the basis of the information submitted, the Committee consider the proposal to be contrary to Planning Circular 1/88 - in that the building has lost any residential status it may have had; Circular 3/88, in that the need for a dwelling to accommodate a retiring farmer has not been substantiated; and Circular 3/89, in that the building does not satisfy the criteria required for such proposals.
- NOTE This decision was made by the Planning Committee constituted in accordance with Paragraph 2 of Schedule 1 of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
