In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:

which was considered on 10th August 2007, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to the submitted documents and drawings GE 1044 1of 4, GE 1044 2of 4 and GE 1044 APPENDIX 1 all received on 22nd May 2007.
- For the avoidance of doubt, the planning approval relates to flat 5 and flat 7, indicated on the submitted plan as flat 3 and flat 4.
NOTE The proposed works fall within the scope of the Fire Precautions (Flats) Regulations 1996 the applicant is required to consult with the Flats Inspection Team of the Isle of Man Fire and Rescue Service (Tel. 647303) to discuss and agree compliance issues.
NOTE For a change in the supply to a premises (domestic or commercial) the applicant should contact the Isle of Man Water Authority Byelaws Inspector (Michael Karran), tel. 69 59 57
This decision was made by the Director of Planning and Building control in accordance with the authority delegated to him under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

Please note that a copy of the Officer’s report which led to the decision, together with correspondence relative to the application, is available for inspection at the Department.
The proposed development must not be commenced until either;
- The time for requesting an appeal has expired; or
- Any appeal has been determined;
Whichever is the later.
