In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:

which was considered on 23rd July 2007, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to the submitted documents and drawings 2577/1 and 2577/2 all received on 29th May 2007.
- The proposed living accommodation within the roof space of the existing dwelling may be used only in association with "12 Romney Wynd" and for purposes ancillary to the use of "12 Romney Wynd" as a single dwelling house.
- The external finishes of the extension must match those of the existing building in all respects.
NOTE The Chief Fire Officer recommends the installation of mains wired interconnected domestic smoke detection.
This decision was made by the Director of Planning and Building control in accordance with the authority delegated to him under Article 3(13) of the Town and Country (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Guidance Note
This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

Please note that a copy of the Officer's report which led to the decision, together with correspondence relative to the application, is available for inspection at the Department.
The proposed development must not be commenced until either;

- Any appeal has been determined;
Whichever is the later.
