In pursuance of powers granted under the above Act and Order the PLANNING COMMITTEE of the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:

which was considered on 19th July 2007, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This permission relates to the plans AS/1/07, AS/2/07, AS/3/07 submitted and date stamped 04.04.2007 and letter and photographs submitted and date stamped 06.07.2007.
- The external finishes of the extension must match those of the existing building in all respects.
- The roof(s) must be finished in dark natural slate.
- The proposed granny annexe accommodation may be used only in association with Upper Lhergydhoo and for purposes ancillary to the use of Upper Lhergydhoo as a single dwelling house.
This decision was made by the Planning Committee constituted in accordance with Article 3(1) of the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.

This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning (Development Procedure) Order 2005.
Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.

Please note that a copy of the Officer’s report which led to the decision, together with correspondence relative to the application, is available for inspection at the Department.
The proposed development must not be commenced until either;

- Any appeal has been determined;
Whichever is the later.
