Please find below the Commissioners decisions in relation to planning applications considered by them at their meeting on the 15th and 22nd May 2007.
PA07 00579 - Mr J Bywater - Erection of a UPC conservatory to front elevation - Poly Breck, East Baldwin, IM4 5EW.
The Commissioners would recommend to the Planning Committee that the application should be approved.
PA07 00616 - Dandara Commercial Ltd - Creation of fenced enclosure for air conditioning plant - Office building under construction, opposite Restart Ltd, Isle of Man Business Park, Cooil Road, Braddan.
The Commissioners would recommend to the Planning Committee that the application should be approved.
PA07 00625/A - Baccarat Ltd/Heritage Homes - Residential development including community and educational facilities - Land adjacent Strang Road, Union Mills.
The Commissioners would recommend to the Planning Committee that the application was premature - a letter recommending refusal of this application was sent to the Planning Committee dated 10th May 2007 - by hand.
PA07 000652 - TLC Business Solutions - Construction of a two storey steel framed Training Centre Headquarters - Site adjacent to Mannin Media Group, Cronkbourne, Isle of Man.
The Commissioners would recommend to the Planning Committee that the application should be approved. PA07 00662 - Onchan Furniture Store - Directional Sign - Snugborough Trading Estate, Union Mills. The Commissioners would recommend to the Planning Committee that the application should be approved. PA07 00663 - Mr Chris Barlow - Creation of new field access and vehicle track - Field No's 524347 and 520956.
The Commissioners would recommend to the Planning Committee that the application should be approved, subject to a condition that the track is retained as an agricultural track

The Commissioners would recommend to the Planning Committee that the application should be approved. PA06 00619 - Mr M Kelly - Revised - Erection of a conservatory - 28 Ashlar Drive, Union Mills The Commissioners would recommend to the Planning Committee that the application should be approved. PA06 02207 - Mr A Cook - Erection of a conservatory to rear elevation - 30 Ashlar Drive, Union Mills. The Commissioners would recommend to the Planning Committee that the application should be approved. PA07 000486 - Mr D Moore - Erection of three dwellings with associated roads and sewers - Land at Braddan Bridge
The Commissioners would recommend to the Planning Committee that there are material planning reasons to object to the principle and detail of the application as submitted as the area was not zoned for the erection of buildings and the only access to the proposed dwellings was onto the main Douglas to Peel road and on the inside of the TT course.
PA07 00510 - Smart Apartments Ltd - Residential Development of former Agricultural land - Field No. 524262 - Mount Rule Road, Braddan.
The Commissioners would recommend to the Planning Committee that there are material planning reasons to object to the principle and detail of the application as submitted and in the Commissioners opinion would represent over intensive development of the site and the development would be intrusive in an area of high landscape significance.

The Commissioners would recommend to the Planning Committee that the application should be approved. The Commissioners would recommend to the Planning Committee that the application should be approved.
PA07 00543/C - Sita Storage of hazardous industrial waste in the areas identified in the accompanying drawing The Commissioners would request the Planning Committee to supply further information to enable them to reach an informed decision.
